Delivery Days

We delivery everyday, including weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Time Slots

We deliver from 10 am to 5 pm, and 7 pm to 10 pm, on all days excluding Sundays and Public Holidays

Free Delivery Entitlement

Delivery is FREE for all orders above $200

Standard Delivery

For orders below $200, delivery is only $7.90 per order.

Extended Delivery

Regardless of order amount, there is an additional surcharge of $50 for deliveries to locations of Tuas, Jurong Island, and Sentosa

Self-Collection

You may collect your purchase any day (before 5 pm) after making an order online at 5 Pereira Road, #04-01, Asiawide Industrial Building, Singapore 368025.

Special Request

We do cater for special requests at respective surcharges. For example, delivery at 3am. Reach out to us via the red chat box at the bottom right of your screen and our friendly customer care officers will be more than pleased to assist!

Failed Delivery

Customers are to ensure that their purchase can fit into all elevators and entry ways that the delivery men will encounter while performing the delivery. Customers should notify us immediately should their delivery address have obstacles that would deter delivery.

Please note that a fee of 20 SGD is chargeable for every flight of stairs should there not be an elevator available. You may opt to bring the product(s) up by yourself from the ground level.

It is important to also double check the delivery details that you have input into your order at checkout. Incorrect delivery details may also result in re-delivery.

Should a failed delivery require a re-delivery, a fee of 50 SGD will be imposed.
