There are costs applied for returns. To protect yourself from incurring such costs, it is necessary to think through on whether or not your purchase would suit you in terms of size, colour, and design.
Our products are of great quality and crazily affordable prices, but you may want to view the furniture first before making a purchase. Please click here for the list of furniture that is available for viewing in our Marymount (Upper Thomson) display space. Please note that not all items in our online shop is displayed physically.
Returns Without Defects
Returns may sometimes be opted by customers who have a sudden change of mind, or because they feel their purchased item does not fit into their home due to colour or size issues. Or perhaps sometimes, customers feel that the back side of a tv console is too rough, when it is normal because we do not process sides that are not visible to the eye. Under such circumstances, customers may choose to return their purchase for a refund with either of the two following options:
Option 1: Pick up by Masons Home Decor
We will refund you your purchase amount less 50 SGD. For example, if your order was 200 SGD, we will refund you only 150 SGD. If your order is less than 50 SGD, you will not be eligible for any monetary refund. Our customer service officer will contact you to coordinate a date and time range for the pick up.
Option 2: Self Return to Masons Home Decor
You may choose to return your order to Masons Home Decor via your self arranged transport. An admin fee of 30 SGD will be applied for such a circumstance. For example, if your order was 200 SGD, we will refund you only 170 SGD. If your order is less than 30 SGD, you will not be eligible for any monetary refund. Returns have to be made to our premises at 31 Woodlands Close #03-17.
Returns with Defects
Defects have to be verified by our delivery driver upon delivery to be entitled for a full refund. We have strict quality control procedures and we photograph every single outgoing order. Customers who intentionally damage their order will not be liable for a refund at all. Further pursuit will result in Masons Home Decor taking standard procedural legal action.
