Masons Home Décor ships furniture, home décor products, and Christmas trees to all addresses in Singapore except for restricted locations such as Army Camps. Our orders are fulfilled by a third party logistics company that we have teamed up with since our inception. Our logistic partners are extremely reliable and experienced in delivering and assembling all sorts of items.
Please ensure that your address has an accessible elevator that can accommodate to the dimensions of the item that you have purchased. Please also ensure that there is someone to receive the items upon the arrival of our delivery team. Failure to achieve the above will result in either an extra fee (depending on your negotiation with the driver) or a redelivery (that will also cost a fee depending on the size of your item and proximity of location). It is best to take the necessary precautions before making an order.
Our delivery time for all furniture is from 10 am to 5 pm. For other smaller items, you may select the time slots of 10 am to 5 pm, 5 pm to 10 pm, or 10 am to 10 pm. Please read below for the shipping rates for the previously mentioned time slots. We provide deliveries on all days except Sundays and Public Holidays.
Please note that we may contact you to postpone your delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances. There are strictly no refunds for all orders unless damaged upon delivery.
Enjoy free shipping for the time slot of 10 am to 10 pm when you spend a minimum of S$150.00 in a single purchase.
Selecting premium delivery allows you to choose a shorter time frame between 10 am to 5 pm or 5 pm to 10 pm at a charge of S$18.00.
Should your purchase be below S$150.00, delivery is S$10.00 and the only available time slot will be 10 am to 10 pm.
As mentioned earlier, all furniture items will be delivered before 5 pm regardless, due to the rules and regulations of many private apartments.
During the event of not having an individual to receive the goods, or if the elevator is too small to fit the furniture, customers are to negotiate directly with the delivery personnel for a redelivery charge, or for labour to carry the furniture up to the respective storey.
For all items whereby it is stated in the product description that there is a lead time of 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days, Masons Home Décor will contact you within 3 days of your order to confirm the date of your delivery.
Products with a stipulated lead time may be delayed due to the production volume in our factories, but are usually punctual to meet the schedule of the lead time.
Our delivery team reserves the right to cancel a delivery should the conditions of the address be of risk to the delivery personnel or product. For example, if the walk ways or staircase walkways are too narrow.
Should your item be brought back to our warehouse due to any of the above restrictions, a new delivery date has to be agreed on within 30 days of the return. Masons Home Décor reserves the right to cancel an order without refund should the returned furniture item be left in the warehouse for more than 30 days.

We do not do cancellations and refunds and we do not have a returns policy. All of our items are deemed as top quality home furniture, home décor, and Christmas products. All images are extremely accurate to the actual product. Refunds may only be transacted if there are damages upon delivery and witnessed by our delivery personnel.
