We launched in 2016 as Christmas Tree Singapore under the website www.christmastree.sg with the vision to provide homes and businesses in Singapore an all-in-one expert solution when it came to Christmas.
We later rebranded to Masons Home Decor in 2018 to serve a wider audience. Today, both website www.christmastree.sg and www.mason.com.sg will lead you to our website.
We specialise only in Christmas trees, Christmas ornaments, and Christmas related decorations for the home.
Masons Home Decor (a.k.a. Mason Christmas Tree) was established with a mission to ensure every Singaporean home has the opportunity to turn their home into a Christmas wonderland in the most effortless and economical way problem. A decade ago, we realised that a one stop destination for Christmas decorating needs (such as Christmas trees, Christmas ornaments, or Christmas decorations) were a rare find. Ever since our inception, we have grown to become arguably the largest seasonal decorations store in Singapore.
Why Christmas Trees?
We have always been passionate about Christmas trees. Regardless of our faith, local culture, or upbringing, Christmas was always important and magical for us. That being said, we never could fulfil our decorating desires in the market. Christmas trees were always looking so fake and real Christmas trees were never practical (especially for those with pets). Ornaments were always limited to those mass market cheap looking types. Trusting sellers was also an issue. Seemingly big stores sold sub-standard products and had product assurances that never quite lived up to the mark. Whatever was available online hardly looked like its product pictures when delivered.
Back then, we gathered some savings and took about 2 years to find a factory that was willing to bring our ideas and vision to life. By 2016, we had our first batch of Christmas products
The Original Creator of Hyper Realistic Christmas Trees
With the development of FirTECT technology, we have mastered the technique of designing and manufacturing artificial Christmas trees that mimic it’s natural counterparts so realistically.
These trees were also designed to last forever. They all had hinged easy-open branches so that they were not only durable, but extremely easy to set up.
We Grew with Passion
The road was hardly easy. We grew the business by building a team of like minded individuals to excel in our research and development and growth in product range. We had the best designers to come up with new and innovative products that would solve problems and eliminate pain points for the Singapore home.
It was impossible to also sustain a warehouse and showroom just for Christmas operations. We then operated a florist specialising in flower delivery and hampers to help make ends meet during the normal season.
