Returns and Refunds Policy

As long as the purchase is in its original condition, we do accept returns or refunds, subject to the following terms below:

  • You will have to notify us via What’s App or online chat within 7 calendar days from the date your order had been delivered or collected.
  • A restocking fee of 10% of your total order is applicable for every return. That being said, you will only be refunded 90% of your order.
  • Returns have to be made by hand, by the customer, to our premises in Singapore
  • We do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please opt for a refund and then, purchase a new item.
  • We do not accept returns and refunds for items that have been opened before, or not in original condition.
  • All faulty goods will be settled with either via one to one exchange, partial refund, or full refund. The Company reserves the right to decide which approach we will take. For example, if you purchased a box of 6 baubles, and one was damaged, we will opt to refund you the pro-rated cost of a single piece. If the item is fully faulty, we will replace the item for you as soon as we can.
  • We reserve the right to take action against you if your returned item does not match your purchase.
