Product Information

Our trees are expertly crafted from high-quality Firtecht™ PE and PVC materials that replicate the look and feel of real pine. Each tree is designed for durability, easy setup, and fire resistance, ensuring you can enjoy the festive season for many years to come.

We offer high-quality artificial trees in a variety of sizes, from 5 to 12 feet tall.

Measure your ceiling height and leave about 15-20cm (6-8 inches) of clearance between the top of your tree and the ceiling. You will also need at least 15–30cm (6-12 inches) of space on each side between the widest part of the tree and nearby walls, furniture, or doorways.

For example, a 7.5-foot tree fits nicely under an 8-foot ceiling. And if your chosen tree is 150cm wide, you’ll want a space about 180-210cm wide in total.

FirTECT™ is our unique, state-of-the-art technology designed to produce the most lifelike artificial Christmas trees available. Each branch is meticulously 3D-moulded from real fir tips and needles, using premium PE (polyethylene). Tree Maintenance and Storage

 

After the festive season, carefully remove all ornaments, lights, and decorations. Always keep your tree in its original box (plastic bags are not recommended, as they can trap moisture and damage the branches). Store it in a cool, dry area to prevent warping or fading. Avoid placing heavy items on top of the tree box.

We advise that you keep decorations and lights separate from the tree. Store baubles in individual compartments or bubble wrap to prevent breakage. Coil string lights neatly and secure with ties or a spool to avoid tangling. Store all items in labelled boxes so you can easily find them next year.

Yes! For just $50 per year, Masons can safely store your Christmas tree at our warehouse. You can also opt for round-trip delivery for an additional $50, so your tree is collected from your home and returned next Christmas. Please ensure the tree is packed securely in its original box. Here are some top tips to keep your Mason’s artificial Christmas tree in great condition year after year:

  • Always handle your tree gently, especially the branches.

  • Avoid bending or folding branches unnecessarily.

  • Keep the tree away from heat sources, direct sunlight, and humid areas.

  • When storing, do not stack anything heavy on the tree box.

  • If you have pets or young children, consider keeping the tree covered or elevated to prevent accidental damage.

Absolutely! Mason’s Home Decor offers fully decorated Christmas tree rentals, including delivery, set-up, and takedown. Rent a tree for the season and return it after the holidays. No storage needed!

Orders and Payments

 

If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp at +65 8850 2755 or through the red chat box as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to assist, changes may not always be possible once your order has been processed.

After payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Once we’ve verified your order and scheduled delivery, a second email will confirm your delivery details.

Delivery and Collection

 

Mason’s Home Decor deliver every day, including weekends and public holidays, so you can receive your Christmas items whenever it’s most convenient.

Delivery slots are available during two time windows:

  • 10 am – 5 pm

  • 7 pm – 10 pm

Delivery is FREE for all orders above $200.

For orders below $200, a flat fee of $7.90 applies.

If your delivery address is in Tuas, Jurong Island, or Sentosa, an additional $50 surcharge applies, regardless of the order amount.

At the moment, we deliver within Singapore only. We do not offer international shipping or overseas delivery.

Delivery usually takes place within 2–5 working days after your order is confirmed. You’ll receive an email with your delivery details once your order has been processed.

Yes! We can arrange special delivery times (e.g. after-hours deliveries) for an additional fee. Simply contact our friendly customer care team via the red chat box or WhatsApp (+65 8850 2755) to discuss your request.

You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order number with you when you arrive.

Please ensure that your purchase can fit into your building’s lift, doorway, or staircase before delivery. If there’s no lift access, a $20 fee per flight of stairs applies. Alternatively, you may choose to bring your item up from ground level yourself.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, inaccessible location, or missed appointment, a $50 re-delivery fee will apply. Please double-check your delivery details at checkout to avoid this!

Returns and Refunds

 

Yes! We accept returns and refunds as long as your purchase is in its original condition and you contact us within 7 calendar days from the date your order was delivered or collected. Contact us via WhatsApp (+65 8850 2755) or our online chat to initiate the process.

A small restocking fee of 10% applies to every return. This means you’ll receive a 90% refund of your total order amount once the item is returned in original condition.

At this time, exchanges are not available. If you wish to get a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

No, Mason’s Home Decor can only accept items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened or damaged items will not be eligible for refund.

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll make it right as soon as possible. Depending on the issue, we’ll arrange for a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

For example, if one bauble in a set of six is broken, we’ll refund the cost of that single piece.

Warranty

 

Every Mason’s Christmas Tree comes with a complimentary 10-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, a testament to our commitment to quality and durability.

 

The warranty protects you against:

  • Structural or frame defects

  • Faulty hinges or branch mechanisms

  • Manufacturing issues that affect normal use

If a defect is found, we’ll repair or replace the affected part at our discretion.

Our standard warranty doesn’t cover:

  • General wear and tear

  • Needle shedding or minor cosmetic blemishes

  • Damage caused by accidents, mishandling, pets, or incorrect storage

Our Premium Extended Warranty offers total peace of mind. For a limited time in 2025, you can get it for just $100 (original price: $300). Here’s what it includes:

  • 3 years of full coverage: Covers accidental damage, wear and tear, and defects.

  • 1-for-1 Tree replacement guarantee: Receive a brand-new tree of the same or equivalent model.

  • One-time claim: Each warranty covers one replacement only during the 3-year period.

  • Extra protection: You still retain the 10-year warranty for manufacturing defects.

Add it to your cart when buying your tree. If you’ve already purchased your tree, you can buy the warranty separately and include your original order number in the “Order Notes” so we can link it to your tree.

Yes. Both warranties run concurrently:

  • You get 10 years of manufacturing defect coverage, and

  • 3 years of 1-for-1 replacement coverage (if you add the extended plan).

Keep your order confirmation and warranty certificate for future reference. If you face an issue, contact us with photos or videos of the problem and your order details.

Your warranty begins from the date of delivery and is valid for the original purchaser only. Please not that warranties are non-transferable.
